Requirements:
1. The qualifications needed for this role (QTS)
2. Experience working in a challenging secondary school
3. Experience teaching art in a secondary school
4. Will hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willing to apply for one
5. You must have the legal right to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
6. Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students in their art studies.
7. Promote progress and positive outcomes for students by providing effective instruction.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the subject and curriculum, fostering student's artistic knowledge and skills.
9. Plan and deliver well-structured art lessons that engage and accommodate the strengths and needs of all students.
10. Utilise assessment effectively and productively to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
