We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Circa £75,000 dependent on experience What you’ll be doing: Leadership of an IT Agile programme delivering products, projects and services across BAE Systems Lead, motivate and support all team members through all that they do, ensuring the well-being on an individual basis as well as the collective whole Support the scrum masters and project managers to deliver their squad and project objectives and enable success / operational excellence by removing blockers Drive delivery and proactive management of squads and projects within the, largely, Agile programme against the prioritised backlog The point of contact for any squad and project issues, supporting resolution with customers and partners in a collaborative way Deliver succinct reporting across the programme in a timely manner, with focus on squad and project performance reporting to senior leadership Your skills and experiences: Experience of project and programme management delivery in complex, challenging environments to both national and International Customers Recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience Competent team leadership experience Management of supplier and partner performance Agile delivery experience at a Programme level SAFe delivery experience M365 delivery experience Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
