Hairdreams is an international premium brand in the field of hair extensions and hair thickening, known for the highest hair quality, innovative systems, and tailor-made solutions. With headquarters in Graz, Austria, and presence in over 90 countries, we are now expanding into the UK – and looking for a motivated professional to build and shape our customer service operations.
Your role
* Provide service and advice via phone, WhatsApp, video calls, and social media
* Manage orders, quotations, returns, and complaints (MS Dynamics Navision)
* Support active sales activities (calls, offers, events)
* Prepare and ship products, training materials, and event documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams via Bitrix24 and support sales administration
* Help design processes for our new UK Customer Service team
Your profile
* Experience in customer service or commercial roles
* Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Navision knowledge is a plus
* Confident with digital communication channels
* Organised, accurate, and solution-oriented
* Team player with hands-on mentality and initiative
* Fluent in English (German a plus)
* Motivation to grow into a leadership role over time
