CRM Automation Specialist - B2B eCommerce Wolverhampton | Hybrid 4 years' experience I'm currently looking to speak with experienced CRM Automation Specialists for an upcoming opportunity with one of my clients based in Wolverhampton. This is a new role being created within the business, offering the chance to shape and influence their CRM and automation approach from the ground up. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys building and optimising automated CRM campaigns across B2B eCommerce platforms, with a strong focus on customer journeys, loyalty and retention. What the role will involve Automising and running CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle channels Designing and maintaining end-to-end customer journeys, including hybrid flow-chart style journey mapping Driving loyalty and repeat engagement through data-led automation Working closely with the marketing team to align CRM activity with wider campaigns Analysing performance and continuously optimising journeys and automation flows Who I'm keen to speak with 4 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation Hands-on experience within B2B eCommerce environments Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and triggers Experience using CRM / marketing automation platforms Comfortable collaborating closely with marketing teams Nice to have (but not essential): Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS or subscription-based business experience Exposure to loyalty or retention-focused CRM strategies Please apply if you would like to arrange a chat.
