Job Title: Skilled Production Operative Industry: Manufacturing Start Date: ASAP Hourly Rate: £12.32 - £12.78 Working Pattern: Full Time (4on4 off: 7am- 7pm, 7pm- 7am) Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation in the Melton Mowbray area, is currently seeking a Skilled Production Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company in the manufacturing industry. Someone with forklift truck experience would be desirable. Responsibilities: · Manufacture prepared pet food products through the operation and control of the production process · Contribute to the execution of the shift production plan · Ensure the quality of products meets the brand specifications · Identify and escalate quality and process issues Requirements: · GCSE level in English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent · Good team player with a flexible approach · Excellent communication skills · Ability to learn PC based systems · Good level of manual dexterity · Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
