About Cygnet Aspen Clinic
This specialist service provides assessment, stabilisation, treatment, and rehabilitation for up to 16 women diagnosed with personality disorder and complex needs. Our approach is collaborative and multidisciplinary, focusing on recovery and co-production with service users.
Our treatment model integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), tailored to individual needs based on comprehensive assessments.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will provide direct clinical care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including assessments and treatment in both group and individual sessions. You will help develop and implement OT treatment plans based on assessments, diagnosis, and identified needs, managing caseloads effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
