As a Sales Executive responsible for field sales and business development, you will be crucial in driving sales growth within designated areas including Northumberland, Teesside, Cumbria, and Newcastle. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within designated areas. Identify and target SMEs within the logistics sector, focusing on warehousing and freight services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Requirements: Proven track record in field sales and business development, preferably within the logistics industry. Experience in handling freight operations within warehousing. Self-driven with a strong ability to generate leads and close sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full driving license and willingness to travel within designated sales areas.
