Main Role Responsibilities: Handling inbound course enquiries Communicating via phone, email & text Checking eligibility for public funding Promoting the companys products & services Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets Recording data onto the company IT system Candidate Specification: Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills Experience working towards telesales KPIs Good levels of English and Maths.
