What we're looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable team player who will enjoy being a point of contact for our guests. You must be presentable, professional, and upbeat. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using our front office system to check guests in and out, and also someone with an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience in a front‑of‑house position is ideal but not essential. You should enjoy working nights and have the lifestyle to suit this type of shift pattern. You must be capable of working with little supervision, be trustworthy, and be driven to use your initiative.
Day in the life of:
You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to our guests during the night‑time shift at the hotel. You will be based at the reception desk and will use the front office system to check guests in and out. You will be a point of contact handling queries and answering questions for visitors and act as a company ambassador, maintaining detailed knowledge about the hotel, its offerings, and the local area.
During your night shift you will also complete the night audit checklist which includes various duties and checks. You will perform walk‑rounds of the hotel to ensure everything is as it should be and use our internal system to report your findings.
You will work with another night auditor, rotating shifts with different colleagues at the desk. You will maintain excellent communication with supporting departments including daytime reception and food & beverage teams. Your role is highly valued and appreciated within the business.
Key Responsibilities:

* Professional use of email and telephone, and the front office system to process bookings and check‑ins.
* Completion of night audits and security observations.
* Responsibility for guest welfare during the evening.
