About the Role The successful candidate will teach Drama across KS3 & KS4, delivering engaging lessons that help students develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills. The role will involve: Teaching Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4 Encouraging creativity through performance, improvisation, and script work Preparing students for GCSE Drama coursework and examinations Supporting school productions, performances, and drama clubs Contributing to the development of the Performing Arts curriculum You will join a supportive department where students are encouraged to explore performance and develop confidence both on and off the stage.
