Job Description
3. Facilitating accurate and timely processing of invoices.
4. Assisting with monthly budget reports and management accounts.
5. Performing bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
6. Preparing VAT returns and dealing with related queries.
7. Assisting with year-end audit preparation and liaising with auditors.
8. Providing support on ad hoc projects within the Accounting & Finance department.
9. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
10. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adhering to the professional services industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
