A fantastic primary school in Bristol is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with previous experience as a teaching assistant or in another role working with children. The school is looking for a graduate with a strong academic background who can support learning across KS1 or KS2, depending on experience.
Role Overview
* Work closely with teachers to support children’s learning as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Provide 1:1 and small group support in a primary classroom
* Gain hands-on experience before pursuing a career in the education and training sector
* Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with no expectations to work during school holidays
Candidate Requirements
* A degree (2:1 or above desired)
* Previous experience working with children in any capacity (e.g. teaching assistant, tutoring, mentoring, coaching)
* A proactive, confident, and enthusiastic approach
* Passion for education and supporting young learners
