Home Manager (Nursing/Residential) Location: Portstewart Package: £62k comprehensive benefits package Permanent/Full-Time TotalCare Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading Healthcare providers to appoint a new Home Manager. The Role: You will be managing a modern, purpose-built care home supporting up to 66 residents which delivers high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care for individuals aged 65 within a safe, comfortable and community-focused environment. As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, clinical governance, and overall performance of the home. You will take leadership in driving high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and team performance, while ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.
