The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition, conversion, and onboarding of product partners onto the AverCare marketplace.
This is a commercial, deal-driven role. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality product companies to list their products on our e-store, pitching the AverCare value proposition, negotiating partnership terms, and closing deals. Once signed, you will own the onboarding process to ensure partners are successfully launched on our platform.
This role suits someone who thrives in sales, loves building relationships, and is motivated by closing deals and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Sales
* Identify, prospect, and engage product companies aligned with AverCare’s health, wellness, and preventative care ecosystem
* Confidently pitch AverCare’s marketplace value proposition to founders, commercial leads, and decision-makers
* Lead partnership conversations from first contact through to signed agreement
* Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership models
* Consistently meet and exceed partnership acquisition targets
Partner Onboarding & Activation
* Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new product partners
* Coordinate product listing requirements, compliance checks, and launch readiness
* Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding to ensure a smooth and timely go-live
* Ensure partners understand platform expectations, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
Relationship & Pipeline Management
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
* Nurture long-term partner relationships to drive retention and expansion
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to optimise partner success
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* Proven experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management
* Demonstrated ability to close deals, not just start conversations
* Experience working with product companies, marketplaces, SaaS, health, wellness, or e-commerce platforms is highly regarded
