Therole
Youllhaveoverallaccountabilityforbranchperformance,reportingdirectlytotheOperationsDirectorandworkingcloselywiththemonstrategy,operations,andgrowth.Yourremitwillspanfinance,operations,sales,peoplemanagement,andfutureexpansion.
Keyresponsibilities
Fullresponsibilityforbranchoperations,performancereporting,andfutureplanning
OwnershipofmonthlyandannualP&L,ensuringmarginsaremaintained
Oversightoffactoryandfieldoperations,ensuringlabourandresourcesarecorrectlyallocated
Workingcloselywithsalesandprojectteamstodelivercontractsefficientlyandprofitably
Managinginternalandexternalsalesactivitytosecuretherightcontractsattherightprice
Ensuringappropriateplant,transport,andinvestmentareinplace
Leadingonhealth&safety,quality,andenvironmentalstandards
FullHRresponsibilityincludingrecruitment,training,development,andperformancemanagement
