Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to an excellent opportunity for a Principal Housing Lawyer to join fantastic local authority in Yorkshire
As Principal Housing Lawyer you will be responsible for managing a small team, as well as looking after your own caseload of housing law matters, which include but not limited to:
* Disrepair
* Breach of tenancy agreements
* Homelessness
* Anti-social behaviour
* General housing law advice
This role may include some hybrid attendance at office/court, however can offer a lot of flexibility. The role will provide the opportunity to get involved in housing governance.
Experience gained within a local government or housing association setting is desirable; experience gained within the private sector can also be considered.
