We are partnering with a high-growth payments and fintech business that provides technology-led solutions to help merchants optimise their digital payment performance.
As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to support and drive campaign activity across partner marketing, CRM, and digital channels, a pivotal, hands-on role within a growing and ambitious marketing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in delivering campaigns, content, and partner marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate commercial impact.
Key areas of focus include:
* Developing and coordinating co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, including joint content, webinars, case studies, and social media campaigns.
* Managing and optimising HubSpot to support campaign automation, nurture flows, and performance tracking.
* Updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and lead focused.
* Supporting the delivery of social media activity, particularly via LinkedIn, to raise brand awareness and drive engagement.
* Tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
* Collaborating closely with commercial, content, and partner teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in B2B marketing, within the payments industry, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem, market dynamics, and terminology.
* Practical experience using HubSpot with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Experience in partner or co-marketing, managing relationships and joint campaigns.
* Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms, and an understanding of social media marketing best practice.
* Creativity and design awareness, ideally with experience using Canva or similar tools.
* Analytical mindset with a genuine interest in campaign performance and continuous improvement.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
