Bake lighting in 3ds max (v-ray) and export to glb format

I have a 10-room connected interior model in 3ds Max that includes V-Ray emissive materials, spotlights, downlights, and complete lighting setups. I already have the final V-Ray visuals for all rooms, and I need someone who can match that same realism through proper light baking texture baking and then convert the entire model into a .glb or any three.js–compatible format so I can publish the walkable model on a website. I’m looking for a professional 3ds Max V-Ray artist who is experienced in: Baking V-Ray lighting using Render to Texture / Bake to Texture Matching baked results to the original V-Ray renders Converting Physical materials into correct Vray PBR/Standard materials for GLB export Handling proper UV channel setup (lightmaps texture UVs) Preparing a clean, optimized GLB/GLTF for real-time viewing (Sketchfab, three.js, BabylonJS, digitalspaces.io) Deliverables: Final baked .max source file Exported .glb / .gltf with all textures baked and embedded Folder of baked textures (diffuse lightmaps any required maps) When applying, please share: Examples of your previous baked or GLB/GLTF projects The 3ds Max V-Ray versions you use I need someone who can preserve the same V-Ray quality in a real-time, browser-ready walkthrough environment
