Role Details
Our apprenticeships (Level 2 and Level 3) are designed to develop your skills and confidence as an early years educator. You will gain hands-on experience, participate in 'off the job' training, and upon completion, earn a relevant qualification. Opportunities for career progression into specialisms or management are available.

Our nursery in Cobham, Surrey, boasts a third consecutive Outstanding Ofsted rating and is accessible via public transport from surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Support delivery of our 'learning through play' ethos and curriculum
* Assist in implementing daily routines and activities
* Contribute to planning and observation processes
* Support smooth transition periods and mealtime supervision
* Adhere to policies, promote safeguarding, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
* Build relationships with children, parents, and team members
* Engage in reflective practice and follow the apprenticeship pathway
