Position: Electrical Maintenance Manager
Location: Guildford
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
A prestigious facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee engineering operations within a high-profile commercial facility in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role with responsibility for team leadership, electrical safety management, and the ongoing performance of building services systems.
What youll do:
* Lead and manage a team of on-site engineers across electrical building services.
* Take responsibility for Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) switching operations training and courses provided where required.
* Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
* Support with technical guidance, escalation, and development of engineering staff.
* Maintain high levels of compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational performance.
* Continue to drive operational improvements and uphold strong engineering standards across the site.
What youll bring:
* Proven experience in an electrical engineering role within commercial facilities or similar environments.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
* Good working knowledge of building services systems, LV/HV principles, and statutory requirements.
* Professional approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition or equivalent).
