OTE GBP £42,000.00/Yr. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts, £32,000 Basic with Bonus opportunity of £10,000 per annum plus Company Car. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, open to discussion.
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive parts, either Franchise or After-market, and experience in building strong client relationships.
The role involves developing and growing trade parts sales within our Trade Hub, identifying new customers, and expanding existing accounts in sectors such as independent garages, body shops, and fleet services. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies to increase revenues, supporting the Trade Hub team, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar automotive environment, be IT literate (Excel, Word, ideally CDK/Kerridge), and experienced in monitoring financial performance. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven sales record in a B2B environment are essential.
