Retrofit Assessor (Barking)
SeekingqualifiedRetrofit Assessors based in Barking - 3-5 days availability
The Opportunity:
Volume of 1020 Retrofit Assessments per week
Pre-booked Appointments.
Work within the SHDF Scheme, producing accurate and compliant reports to support installation projects.
Assess a range of measures including EWI and Loft Insulation .
Requirements:
Qualified Retrofit Assessor with ECMK (essential).
Good knowledge of PAS 2035 standards.
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Desirable Experience:
Conducting Technical Surveys (EWI + Loft).
Job modelling to support retrofit design and compliance.
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
