We're seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join our Guildford-based Wealth Planning team. You'll work under the guidance of experienced Paraplanners, delivering high-quality research across pensions, investments, tax planning, life insurance, and more to support Wealth Planners in providing holistic client advice.
What you'll do
* Conduct research and cash-flow modelling to support client recommendations
* Prepare clear, client-centric suitability reports and documentation
* Draft technical documents and identify future advice opportunities
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company processes
What we're looking for
* Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
* Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with good organisation and time management
* Commitment to achieving RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); XPlan experience a plus
* Proactive team player with a professional approach
