We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team in Newport. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You will handle various administrative tasks, work across multiple systems, and play a key role in ensuring an efficient recruitment journey for candidates and hiring managers. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong time management and attention to detail.


About You

We are seeking someone who:

· Is tech-savvy – confident with multiple systems and eager to learn new technologies.

· Has excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, ensuring professional and clear interactions.

· Manages time effectively – can prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.

· Has strong attention to detail – committed to accuracy and quality of work.

· Is proactive and solutions-focused – able to anticipate needs and improve processes.

· Is professional and reliable – represents Atlas FM with integrity and high standards.

· Has recruitment or HR admin experience (desirable but not essential).
