They are looking for 3 Recruitment and Onboarding Administrators to join the team on a 12 month contract. Based in the Manchester office, the role is working Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, 9am to 5pm, however there is some flexibility on start times. You will be expected to be fully office based initially whilst getting to know the role, approximately 2 months, and then moving to a hybrid model of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Working in partnership with the Hiring Manager to create and submit a Job Requisition in Workday.
Applying for all necessary accesses – VPN, Building Access and any other bespoke access.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience of using an HR / recruitment system – ideally Workday.
