We are currently looking for 2 Multi Trade Operatives to join our team covering the Crawley/Horesham area.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
* Respond to and complete repairs as directed.
* Carry out maintenance, void works, and similar activities within domestic and other properties.
* Utilize all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades, along with analytical skills, to diagnose faults and implement remedies on the first visit whenever possible.
* Ensure maintenance works are completed safely according to SHE requirements, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.
You will be provided with a van and fuel card.
Qualifications:
* NVQ qualified in carpentry, plastering, tiling, joinery, or similar (not essential).
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a Multi Trade role.
* Experience working within social housing is beneficial.
* Voids experience in a Multi role.
