Job Description
* Deliver initial technical assistance to internal users and teams.
* Contribute to the upkeep and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and network systems.
* Oversee timely and effective installation of hardware and software components.
* Track system performance and address technical issues with urgency and precision.
* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
* Partner with senior IT staff to support system upgrades and continuous improvements.
* Facilitate onboarding by configuring user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
* Manage helpdesk inquiries and escalate complex technical problems when appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
* Entry-level certification or academic background in Information Technology or a related discipline.
* Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
* Familiarity with core networking concepts and system administration practices.
* A proactive mindset with a strong drive to troubleshoot and adopt emerging technologies.
* Solid organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
