Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong sales leadership to drive team performance and exceed store targets
* Support the Store Manager in delivering customer service excellence at all times
* Help manage retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
* Take on elements of P&L responsibility and contribute to driving profitability
* Assist in recruitment & training, ensuring the team is motivated and well-developed
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation and operational compliance
* Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, showing confidence and initiative
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Supervisor in retail management
* Strong team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate
* A proactive and hands-on approach to driving sales and operations
* Organised, efficient, and adaptable in a busy retail environment
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving commercial goals
