Security Supervisor

All applicants must be able to complete and adhere to the following responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 5 or more security officers
* Completing documents and paperwork via SharePoint
* Covering the manager's position when needed
* Acting as the first point of contact for on-site concerns, escalating when necessary
* Incident management
* Conducting monthly 1-1 meetings
* Escorting patients
* Dealing with aggressive patients
* Locating and searching for missing patients
* Responding to fire, intruder, or panic alarms
* Security escorts
* Managing traffic flow
* Car park checks and equipment maintenance
* Handling money
The role involves spending long periods walking around a busy site and monitoring a control room environment to ensure staff and public safety, remaining vigilant to potential threats, and adhering to site policies and procedures.
Applicants must be calm, dynamic thinkers capable of defusing situations positively, understanding complex human behaviors, and reacting quickly when needed.

In addition, applicants must have the following:
* Door supervisor licence
* CCTV licence
* Driving licence
* Good communication skills
* Basic IT knowledge
* Previous security supervisor experience or demonstrable knowledge from healthcare sector experience (desirable)
