Winchester City Council is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Contract Monitoring Team.
The role involves supporting Contract Managers and Contract Monitoring Officers to ensure contractors deliver excellent services to residents. You will be the first point of contact for queries related to waste, grounds, and street cleansing services, assessing calls, emails, and cases for proper allocation. Data entry and management on customer service, finance, and monitoring systems are also key responsibilities.
Essential skills include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and effective workload management. Excellent communication skills are necessary, as the role involves interaction with the public, contractors, councillors, and other council departments.
