Monday – Friday (No evenings or weekends)

A day in the life of a Head Chef:
• Leads culinary and kitchen employees in food production technique ensuring quality in final presentation of food.
• Capability to develop innovative solutions in the most financially efficient way possible.
• Empowers team to deliver excellence in customer service. Investigates concerns and respond to needs relating to the catering service and takes corrective action.
• Placing orders and menu planning, you will be responsible for stock management and managing your P&L.
• Support the effective delivery of hospitality
You'll be set up for success if you have:
* Relevant culinary experience operating at a Head Chef level.
* A passion for food and service.
* Flexible approach to hours and duties.
* IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders.
