Key Responsibilities
* Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and resolve complex software queries via telephone and email.
* Data Investigation: Use SQL to perform basic queries and updates, investigating back-end data to resolve technical issues.
* Problem Resolution: Diagnosing software bugs and collaborating with the development team to provide long-term solutions.
* Knowledge Sharing: Collaborating with the wider support team to document insights and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications
* Essential Requirements: Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in English & Swedish (written and verbal) is essential. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL; you must be comfortable writing and executing basic queries and updates to manage database information. Experience: Proven background in customer-facing support, ideally within a software or technical environment. Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
* Desirable Traits: Proactive Mindset: A natural investigator who enjoys "diving into the details" to solve tricky problems before they escalated. Growth Orientation: A genuine love for technology and a desire to continuously learn and master new software features.
