What You’ll Do As Campus Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the estate’s future. Your responsibilities will include: Operations & Facilities: Managing check-ins, maintenance, utilities, and security to keep the campus running smoothly. Bookings & Occupancy: Overseeing renewals and future lettings to maximise occupancy and revenue. Student Experience: Creating a safe, welcoming environment and organising community events that make the estate feel like home. Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all regulations, audits, and safety checks are met. Team Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and managing staff, while working closely with senior stakeholders. Innovation: Driving site improvements and new initiatives—from sustainability projects to upgraded digital systems. What We’re Looking For Experience managing student accommodation, campus residences, or multi-unit residential communities. Strong leadership skills with a people-first approach. Commercial acumen and a track record of optimising occupancy and efficiency. Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with a student demographic. Knowledge of housing regulations, tenancy laws, and university partnerships in the UK.
