Job description
On behalf of our client based in Antrim we are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator.
This role is permanent Mon-Frid 9am-5pm (40hpw)
£26-£30k (depending on experience)
Duties Include:
Invoicing cold storage and re-charging haulage on sage 200
Data management system for cold storage
Pallet Trace System for cold storage.
Consult with other team members throughout the cold store.
Manage customer accounts, load customer details, and terms.
Send out terms and conditions to customers.
Capture reports, intal
Adjust invoices for electricity surcharges.
Collate cold store figures for managing director on a weel
Banking
Order cleaning supplies.
Order office supplies.
Helping with catering for business meetings as and when required.
AOB as and when required.
Essential Criteria:
5 GCSEs A-C (include English & Maths)
Previous Administration experience working in a busy office environment
Excellent Customer Service experience
Experience in using accounts package
Ability to multi task on a daily basis
