Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster - As the Team Leader you will support the provision of course training administration activities across the Selborne Contract in the South East area. Leading a team of individuals based across 3 locations in the South East. The role will be based out of HMS Collingwood with travel to other locations as required.

What you'll be doing:
* Line Management responsibilities to the large Facilitation Team for the South East
* Conducting checks and controls of the team output
* Managing day to day team tasking and team issues
* Processing and maintaining sickness, absence, leave requests and return to work interviews
* Representing the Enabling Services Lead on all business and meetings, as and when required
* Record management including scanning, filing, updates of record matrices, archiving and access to data records
What we're looking for:
* Must have recent team leader experience
* Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to in house databases
* Experience within the defence industry would be an advantage
* Remote leadership experience would also be an advantage
