Right where and when it matters. As we scale into new territories and markets, we’re looking for a high-impact Account Executive to be at the forefront of that growth. This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to sell technology with purpose, navigate high-stakes environments, and open doors in sectors where timing, trust, and technology make all the difference. If you’re commercially sharp and want to drive deals that matter in a growing team — this is your moment. Requirements What you’ll be doing: Identify, engage and convert new business opportunities across near-peer and emerging markets. Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to close, working across a variety of markets, including energy and utilities, critical infrastructure maintenance, live events and venue safety ops, field ops, aviation / airport ground ops and more! Tailor strategic pitches to senior decision-makers and procurement leads in high-compliance environments. Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to align positioning, and sharpen messaging for new markets. Build lasting relationships, representing AtlasNXT as a trusted advisor and tech enabler. What you bring: Proven success as an Account Executive or BDM, ideally in SaaS, mission-critical, duty-of-care, location centric, or risk operations platforms. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles (longer lead times, multiple stakeholders, technical validation). Be naturally curious and commercially driven, with a hunger to open new territories.
