Customer Service Advisor (Full-Time) - Coventry City Centre Salary: £25,000 £28,000 (depending on experience) What Youll Do: Join our welcoming, dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor, where youll support our customers at the heart of our legal support services. This is not a call centre role - no cold calling and no selling. Instead, you will guide and assist customers with care and professionalism. After full training, you will: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to answer questions and provide guidance. Process incoming orders and perform secure card payments. Conduct document checks and clerical tasks as part of our legal support services. Each day brings variety, and youll play a key part in helping individuals and small businesses with their document and legal service needs in a supportive, team-focused environment. Who Were Looking For - Skills & Qualities: We welcome both experienced customer service professionals and recent graduates for trainee roles. You should be: Confident and clear on the phone (once trained) and in written communication. Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent at communication and problem-solving, with a friendly, patient approach. Eager to learn new tasks and adaptable in your day-to-day work. No prior legal services experience is required - just bring your willingness to learn and a positive attitude! Hours & Benefits: We value work-life balance and a positive work culture. In this full-time role (40 hours/week), youll enjoy: Stable Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. No evenings, weekends, or shift work.
