Their roots were established over 30 years ago, bringing decades of experience in their respective fields.They are now looking to bring on a CPID Level 5 Qualified HR Advisor to deliver a professional and efficient HR advisory service to managers and employees in a timely and professional manner.If successful, you will perform the following role:* Oversee employee relations cases. * Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees. * Act on employee matters such as disciplinaries, performance management, phased returns and flexible working requests. * Conduct workshops to educate managers on employee relations practices and workforce management strategies. * Ensure absences are maintained within acceptable limits. * Report directly to the HR Manager.
