Our client is looking for a New Car Sales Manager to join and lead their team of Sales Executives. This is a prestige, busy car showroom.
As a New Car Sales Manager, you will lead, motivate, and drive your team to provide customer service excellence and maximize sales volume and profit performance. You will oversee 5 New Car Sales Executives and an LBDM.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Unleashing the potential of the sales team by setting challenging objectives and providing regular feedback on performance.
2. Ensuring a full understanding of manufacturer targets to maximize every opportunity.
3. Inspiring the sales team to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.
4. Managing daily sales activities such as deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximize revenue.
5. Maintaining full control over used car stock, including demonstrators and trade stock.
About You:
To be successful, you will have:
* A proven track record in motor trade sales, with experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Manager.
* The ability to lead by example, manage, and inspire the team.
* A strong customer focus.
* Excellent computer literacy.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
