The Michael Tracey Project has a vacancy for our activities coordinator role.
We are looking for an individual who can think on their feet and be able to plan and lead our activities, short breaks, evening events and fundraising ideas/ events with professionalism and integrity.

13. Is over 25 years and holds a full current drivers licence to drive our organisational minibus
14. Is able to be creative to organise, plan and risk assess new and exciting events, opportunities and trips for the people we support.
Tasks involved in this role are as follows:
15. Planning, organising risk assessing activities, short breaks and events
16. Give advice, support and guidance to the people we support and staff team
17. Liaise with staff teams, people we support and their families.
18. Gather feedback on each session that you are facilitating
19. Provide direct support to individuals where required
20. Assess each person we supports individual needs and ensure the activity or event caters for their needs.
21. Provide a 4 weekly plan of programme of events and share with people we support, their families and our staff team
22. Plan with the people we support so their ideas and suggestions are heard and listened too.
23. Create and update itinerary of equipment the organisation holds and report when items needing replaced, repaired or maintained.
Our office is based in the East End of Glasgow however we provide support in East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire and short breaks over the UK and potentially abroad if requested.
