Overview

Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding, interesting and fast paced? Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our busy Safeguarding and Children in Care Business Support teams, offering administrative support to Social Work teams.

Working hours part-time are 22.5 hours per week Monday to Wednesday.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires good verbal and written communication skills. Co-ordinate and manage the locality team’s processes and systems in relation to communications and SharePoint, including mailbox monitoring, task action and response. To attend and take accurate minutes of statutory children’s services group meetings (including attendance records etc.) as directed by the children’s services operational leads, in accordance with their priorities, protocols and procedures.

Works closely and jointly with other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for Children’s Services and undertake other tasks as appropriate to the role to meet the needs of the business.

About you

We are looking for candidates who enjoy networking with multi-agency professionals and are solution-focused, with experience in business support.

You will be required to meet daily deadlines, working in a fast-paced, sensitive and confidential environment.

Experience in minute taking and processing invoices and experience of Microsoft Office packages is desirable as it will be a key task for these roles.
