What's involved with this role: Job Title: Business Support Admin Officer Ref: Newcastle 5275252 Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE Role length: Anticipated 3 months DBS requirement: A DBS may be required for this role The role: We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Business Support Officer to join the Initial Response Service team, providing vital reactive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing referrals and contacts following the morning triage Handling telephone calls from internal and external professionals, as well as members of the public Managing information requests, identifying relevant information from the systems and distributing it to appropriate parties What the client is looking for: Proven experience in a high-pressure administrative or support role Excellent communication skills Ability to deal with challenging situations and work to statutory deadlines Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Confident in the use of secure email systems and Microsoft Office Previous experience with Eclipse or other Electronic Social Care Systems is desirable, though training will be provided How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
