As part of this growth, they're looking for a passionate and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to play a key role in their expanding team Flexi-working on offer Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician: * Promote a culture of safety by following all health and safety guidelines during daily tasks. * Carry out day-to-day repair and upkeep activities across the site – from basic construction work to plumbing, painting, and general DIY. * Assist with maintaining the overall condition and cleanliness of the facility. * Work closely with fellow team members to reduce downtime and ensure equipment and areas remain in good working order. * Undertake routine inspections and scheduled maintenance work after completing any required training. * Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to support maintenance objectives. * Embrace opportunities for additional training that will expand your capabilities in the role. * Take on other duties as directed by the facilities leadership, provided the relevant training has been given. Essential Requirements of a Facilities Maintenance Technician: * Experience in an industrial, manufacturing working environment. * Prior involvement in general maintenance or facilities support roles.
