We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Graduate!
The sales analytics graduate position is part of the Sales Operations Team, which provides support the external sales team. In this role you will play a key role supporting our analytics team with data preparation and working closely with external sales teams to shape reporting and insight.
This is a hands‑on role for a graduate who enjoys analysing data, collaborating with colleagues and helping turn numbers into insight.
In this role, you will:
* Support the preparation, validation, and structuring of sales data from multiple sources
* Assist the analytics team in producing standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and performance insights
* Work closely with external sales teams to understand reporting requirements and translate ideas into analytical outputs
* Support analysis of sales performance, trends, and opportunities across products, regions, and channels
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales reporting processes, tools, and data quality
* Support the analytics team in their mission to implement automation, AI, and Machine Learning
* Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives

Qualifications
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
What you need:
* A recent graduate in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Business, Economics, Data, Engineering, Finance, STEM)
* Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
* Confidence working with data and spreadsheets; experience with CRM or BI tools is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and frontline sales colleagues
* Proactive, organised, and keen to learn in a commercial and operational environment

Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
