A leading law firm are recruiting for a mid-senior level corporate lawyer to join their growing team in the City.
About the Role
In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions, working alongside experienced partners and senior associates. You will have the opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in areas such as:
* Mergers and Acquisitions
* Venture Capital
* Joint Ventures
* Corporate Restructuring
* Equity Capital Markets
You will play a key role in supporting clients from the media, technology, energy, fashion, real estate sectors.
About You:
* You will have 3-7 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a corporate law, gained from an equally leading city practice.
* A passion for the law and a desire to build a successful career in a leading commercial law firm.
