The Role
Procurement Administrator at our Wakefield Head Office. This role supports project delivery through efficient procurement and administration in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm purchase orders for all:
* Stationery orders for Caddick construction sites, Civils, and Midlands sites & office
* HSE clothing orders for construction sites, Civils, and Midlands sites & office
* Ensure all invoices for payment by the finance team have the relevant job costing cost code, are matched with the delivery note, and price checked against the correct purchase order.
* Align agreed credit notes with relevant invoices
* Maintain and update the Caddick fleet database in conjunction with our fleet provider
* Order & issue all staff fuel cards
* Administration & collate all insurance claims
* Provide monthly report to Group Supply Chain Manager (fleet update, invoice dispute/credit note received)
About You
Organised, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
You’ll Ideally Have
* Previous experience in an administrative or purchasing/procurement role (construction experience beneficial but not essential).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook).
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
