Job Purpose
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the strategy, design, and delivery of the most business‑critical product domain. You will own a cross‑functional product vision, translate complex operational challenges into clear priorities, and guide engineering squads to build technology that directly impacts millions of travellers and frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for the optimisation engine that drives network control, flight planning, and disruption recovery.
* Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, using data‑driven insight and customer feedback to prioritise impact and value.
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, data science, and external suppliers to define and ship high‑quality, scalable solutions.
* Advise senior executives on product direction, investment, and performance metrics, presenting data‑backed insights that influence strategic decisions.
* Champion agile delivery, establishing best practices, tooling, and performance standards across squads.
Required Qualifications
* Senior Product Manager experience in a complex operational, digital, or technology‑led environment.
* Deep understanding of operational research, disruption management, and total cost optimisation.
* Hands‑on experience with AI, solvers such as Gurobi, and emerging technologies like Generative AI.
* Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through digital product initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience leading cross‑functional squads and applying agile methodologies.
* Data‑centric mindset with proficiency in using analytics to inform decisions and measure success.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for building inclusive, high‑performing teams.
