Rosehill Housing Association Glasgow Join our Management Committee We are a community based housing association in the Pollok area in the southside of Glasgow. We currently own and manage over a 1000 homes and provide a factoring service to just over 200 factored owners. We have been operating as a social landlord for almost 40 years. We are financially sound and have a strong track record in providing good quality, affordable homes and achieving good performance. Rosehill recently became a charitable registered housing association (previously being a fully mutual housing co-operative). The main drive for this was to open up our membership and to attract people with a range of skills and experience to join our Management Committee.
