School Administrator Role - Exams and Assessment Assistant

Organization: Outwood Grange Academies Trust – Outwood Grange Academy

Salary: £20,790.18 to £21,120.12

Hours: 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 20 days.

Role Overview: Outwood Grange Academy seeks applications for a key role that assists the Exams and Assessment Officer in maintaining accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data, supporting SLT and Curriculum Leaders to raise standards, managing all examinations, and providing administrative and data support to students and Business Services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Exams and Assessment Officer with pupil assessment data tracking.
* Support the management of all examinations.
* Provide administrative and data support to students within the academy.
* Provide data management and administrative support to Business Services.

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong time‑management and multitasking ability.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Experience with SIMS is advantageous but not required.
