THE ROLE:
* You will manage a varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims on behalf of healthcare clients, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
* You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
* You will liaise with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to gather evidence
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE
* You will have strong knowledge of defendant clinical negligence work
* Experience handling complex clinical negligence matters
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
* It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
